Has over 30 years experience in the field of hearing health. After obtaining her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University, she earned her Master’s in Audiology (M.S.) from Wayne State University and her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) from Pennsylvania College of Optometry, School of Audiology. Dr. Wall is a member of numerous professional associations. She frequently is invited to lecture throughout the country on aural rehabilitation and her own approach to dispensing hearing instruments.

Dr. Cross earned her Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Florida after finishing her Master's degree at Central Michigan University. She has many years of experience in hearing health. She is interested in introducing new diagnostic tools and techniques into our practice. She has recently added "Real Ear" measurements and speech mapping to our lineup.
